At present we are providing plots which are known as farm house plots and the dwelling home built on it is called as farm house. This is because of the fact that we intend to develop only Farm houses with bigger plots. But the plots will be approved as farm house plots and the house built in it is classified as farm house. This will be approved by the DC and BIAAPA.
Purchasing the property as Farm House plot makes the purchase of property and registration cheaper by about forty lakhs for a plot size of 5000 SQ.FT. Land, as the guidance value for registration of residential plot in the vicinity is about RS 800/- per Sq.Ft.
